Duration
At Veron Foods, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 days from the date the order is placed. Orders are not delivered during weekends and holidays for any reason.
Delay in order
In the case of high-volume/bulk orders, the processing may be delayed as per the order quantity, and the information will be passed through a call, WhatsApp, or email. A delay in the delivery of an order occurs once in a while, as per the order frequency.
Change in delivery
If the product delivery duration exceeds more than the expected time or is not delivered within 2 to 3 days from purchase, kindly contact us immediately.
Damages to the product
If any damages or obsolete presence in delivered products take place, Veron Foods is not accountable for any such uncertainties.
Shipment Fee
The shipment fee is a part of every order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Product unboxing
When the product is received, customers are requested to record an unboxing video in case of any damage, and further actions towards product replacement can be taken.
Customs and additional payments.
At Veron Foods, we practice a fair mode of shipment without adding any additional charges apart from the checkout price.
